This hotel is very clean, located 5 mins from Provenza and it’s like a 20 mins ride to the airport. The staff was extremely friendly especially the night staff! ♥️♥️My room was cleaned daily, the pool was clean, as well as the gym however I did not get to experience the spa as I was busy with excursions. The breakfast was great and its buffet style. The security at the hotel is also great especially at night time. There’s a full body mirror in my room. They also had someone playing music at the piano at night time for dinner. The person who checked me in on my first night was great!!! His customer service was amazing. The hotel is also walking distance to the main road but it’s away from all the traffic noises so I loved that.♥️ it’s so peaceful and comforting.the hotel also arranged my airport pick up and the gentleman Edgar was very welcoming and warm. I’ll be back soon and with a few friends.

Was a large Jr Suite room with a nice shower. We were greeted at the front entrance as we checked in, where the chief bellman secured our luggage, and directed us upstairs two floors to the front desk, and from that point on everyone staff was absolutely wonderful. We had dealings with the Front Desk, Bell man, Maid, Bartender, Waitstaff, and without exception they were all friendly, and very capable, The building was very clean. Nice pool and gym down below. Breakfast was excellent, nice presentation, fresh, and we were well cared for. Although ALL the staff that we encountered were very nice, the head Bellman really stood out; he was from Caldas, not far away, and he always had good advice for us as we awaited a cab when sightseeing. We will return.

For the money i paid, it was well worth it! The staff were helpful and approachable. The included breakfast was delicious, i loved it!

It was my 2nd and 3rd stay at the Belford and I have been as happy as I was the first time: quiet location just 5 minutes by car from the center of El Poblado, stylish appeal, great pool, comfy rooms with everything you can ask for, good breakfast (for Colombia that is), very helpful and friendly English speaking (!!!) staff. At this price level a gem!

I always say at the Dann Carlton Belfort as it feels like a home away from home. It’s nestled in a perfect location in Poblado and walking distance from the fun and nightlife. The staff is so warm and welcoming and the facilities are very clean. The gym needs some updating and the jacuzzi could be a bit warmer, but that’s the only facilities complaint. The daily breakfast is also amazing with fresh food, fruits and juices.

Nice location in Poblado, 15 min walk to a lot of restaurants (but as part of the walk is through a residential area, therefore empty at night, still better take a taxi). Lot of green around so could even hear the birds at night while in the pool (Nice one!) Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice view. Great breakfast. Super Friendly & helpful concierge / bellboys, organizing for your early taxi and excursions, as well as giving all necessary information for my whereabouts.

Breakfast was extensive. There were many choices: eggs, meats, fruit, breads, etc. I looked forward to each morning. Walter, one of the "valets"? was fabulous. He took our luggage to our room, filled us in on some pertinent information and was warm and welcoming. We loved returning from our day and hugging Walter!!

Perfectly located in a very quiet residential neighborhood in El Poblado, yet only a few minutes driving time away from the action. Renovated rooms with all amenities you expect from a 5-star hotel, very cozy beds and top quality mattresses, nice pool area, stylish 5-star appeal, superb services and super friendly and helpful (at least to some extent) English speaking personnel, free parking, good restaurant, exceptionally good price-quality ratio...

Location is very good. Everywhere just 5 to 10 minutes away. Breakfast very good and every day is different. Bellman Juan Carlos very attentive. Unfortunately, I dont know the names of the servers during breakfast. But all of them very outgoing and ready to serve you. Housekeeping, top of noch. I don't know the name but she was always there and ready to go extra miles. Thanks for the wonderful stay, team Belfort.

Everything. The location and the staff. The location was perfect, quiet, peaceful, and close by the restaurants. The staff was extraordinary: Housekeeper was sweet, and everything requested got it in a moment. Bell staff was the best; Walter gave best recommendations and went above and beyond to make it happen, he'sa diamond! A keeper!. Leonardo gave all the information asked and tips. Food & beverage was extraordinary. In the morning we had Luis helping us and the staff behind the counter were attentive to make sure everything is going well. The royals during the night made it happen, magical. Got the best margaritas from Cesar! Thank you Cesar, you made my day! And Guillermos, Alexander, Johan were amazing. Thank you for the birthday dessert!
